1 lb ground beef
5 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
4 large carrots, peeled and sliced thin
1 onion, peeled and sliced
1 Cup frozen corn
1/2 stick butter
salt
pepper
garlic salt
seasoned salt
cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Line a 9"x13" pan with aluminum foil. Shape the ground beef into patties and place in pan, sprinkle with all seasonings to taste. Layer vegetables on top of beef, starting with potatoes, then carrots, corn, onion and chop up the butter and place on top of all. Season with all seasonings again a little bit. Cover with aluminum foil and seal edges. Bake in preheated over for 1 hour, or to desired doneness.

This recipe is very reminiscent of "tin-foil" dinners that we used to make when we went camping. I'm sure you could adjust the recipe to your liking just as we did with "tin-foil" dinners.
