1 lb. ground beef
1 clove minced garlic
3/4 t. pepper
6 oz. tomato paste
1/2 t. oregano
1 lb. 12 oz. can whole peeled tomatoes (chopped)
8 oz lasagna noodles
2 C grated Swiss cheese
16 oz cottage cheese
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with minced garlic. Add tomato paste, chopped tomatoes and spices. Simmer 20 minutes. While simmering, cook noodles according to specifications. Grate cheese and mix with cottage cheese. In a 9x13 pan, layer ingredients as follows: meat sauce, noodles, cheese. Meat sauce should be on top and bottom. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. *Can serve with salad and garlic cheese bread for a well balanced meal.
