1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium yellow onion (chopped large)
1 lb Velveeta Mild Mexican Cheese
2 cans Rotel brand diced tomatoes (Mexican & Italian)
Fritos Scoops (enough to go around)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. While meat is cooking, dice cheese and combine with tomatoes. Microwave while meat is cooking until cheese is completely melted. Mix ground beef and cheese and you're ready to dip away.
