4 c. mashed potatoes
c. butter
c. heated whipping cream
1 T. salt
tsp. sugar
2 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything except flour cool, and then add flour. Let stand 15-20 minutes. Roll thin like a tortilla. Bake at 500˚ until slightly brown then turn over and slightly brown other side. Serve with butter and cinnamon sugar.
