1 cup shredded Swiss
7 oz. can crab meat
2 green onions sliced
3 eggs beaten
1 cup light cream (half & half)
tspn. salt
tspn. grated lemon peel
tspn. dry mustard
Dash of mace
cup sliced almonds
Prepared pie crust or make your own

Directions:
Directions:
Line the bottom of the pie shell with cheese. Top with crabmeat. Sprinkle with onion.

Combine eggs (beaten), cream, salt, lemon peel, dry mustard and mace. Pour over crabmeat.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Let stand for 10 minutes.
