1/2 lb bacon
1 cup onions diced
2 med carrots diced
2 stalks celery diced
2 c potatoes diced
8 c beef stock
1/2 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
1 cup lentils

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bacon in butter. Add onions and brown slightly. Add flour and mix together well. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn to simmer and cook 90 min.
