(Yummy for Thanksgiving side dish!)

(Mixture may be prepared in advance)

2 cups can corn (drained)
2 Tblspns. flour
1 tspn. Salt
3 Tblspns butter
3 eggs
2 Tblspns. sugar
1 cups milk



Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs beating well. Stir in corn and milk. Pour in buttered casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.

Done when inserted knife comes out clean.

Every time I prepare this for Thanksgiving, I think of the Indians and the Pilgrims setting down for the first dinner. It's probably not quite the same dish the Pilgrims served, but it's truly southern. It is a great accompaniment to the Turkey dinner.
