½ cup butter or margarine
6 large potatoes (quartered lengthwise) and scrubbed
1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup unsifted all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place butter on large jelly roll pan or cookie sheet. Heat in oven until melted. Set aside.

Peel potatoes, quarter lengthwise. Set aside.

I large plastic bag, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, ½ tspn. Salt, ¼ tspn. Pepper. Add potatoes and shake to coat.

Place potatoes in butter on pan. Bake 1 hour or until tender, turning midway through baking.
