3 1/2 lbs boneless chuck or round
1 tbsp Kitchen Bouquet
1 can flat beer
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (3/4 oz) envelope brown gravy mix
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 c assorted frozen veggies(carrots, onions, peas ect.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into 1 1/2 in cubes. Place them in the slow cooker and mix in kitchen bouquet. Add beer, onion soup mix, brown gravy mix and Worcestershire. Set pot to 200 (low) and let cook for 8-10 hours. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and veggies and cook an additional 30-40 minutes.
