1 c. of vegetable oil.
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. self rising flour
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chappel nuts
mini marshmallows

Frosting.
2/4 stick margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 box powdered sugar
1/4 c. craparatiol milk
2 2/3 T. cocoa

Directions:

Mix oil and sugar, add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Add flour and cocoa, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Bake in a greased "9X13" pan at 300 for 30-45 minutes. Test with a tooth pick, cake should not be "wet". Turn off oven, cover cake with mini marshmallows and put back in the oven, leaving door ajar, while making frosting. (Frosting) Mix cocoa and sugar, add margarine, vanilla and milk. Pour over cake and swirl through marshmallows. allow to cool and frosting will "set" with marshmallows. * you can sift sugar and cocoa together.
