3/4 lb. ham - cubed
1 whole onion - diced
1 (14.5 oz.) can petit cut diced tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 stalk celery - chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. worcestershire
1 T. sherry (optional)
1/3 c. ketchup (optional)
Tony Chachere's seasoning - to taste
1/4 c. each: split green peas, small limas, red kidney beans, lentils, pinto, navy, butter beans, pearl barley, Great Northern, blackeye peas.

Wash beans & soak overnight. Drain. Add 2 quarts water and ham. Bring to boil. Add water as needed. Simmer 2 - 3 hours. Add onion, ketchup (optional), and remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes or until beans are soft and tender.
