Ingredients:  
4 c sliced carrots
1 small onion diced
3 tbsp butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
3 c herb flavored croutons
1/2 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots in water until done. Saute onion in butter and combine with carrots, soup, salt, pepper and cheese. Put in casserole dish. Top with croutons tossed in 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
