1/4 cup flour
2 tsp salt
1/2 lb cubed veal
1/2 lb cubed pork
1/3 cup Crisco
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 cup beef stock or boullion
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 T molasses
1 can (16 ox) bean sprouts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt; add meat cubes and toss lightly to coat. Brown in hot Crisco in Dutch oven; add onion and continue browning. Stir in celery, beef stock, soy, and molasses. Cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes. Add bean sprouts; cook 15 minutes more. Thicken with additional flour, if necessary. Serve over hot cooked rice.
