"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spread the bean dip over the bottom of a small casserole dish. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning mix and garlic. Mix well. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over bean dip. Next, spread cheddar cheese over the top of the dish. Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Dice tomato and thinly slice green onions and olives. Finely chop cilantro. Sprinkle all the ingredients over dip when it comes out of the oven. Garnish with additional sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.

Personal Notes:
There is nothing unique about this dip, seemingly served at most gatherings where appetizers are available. It's always a favorite though.
