2 ready made refrigerated pastry pie crusts
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. Jack Daniels whiskey
1 - 2 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a small mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter , syrup and cream. Stir in vanilla, whiskey and pecans. Pour into 2 pastry pie crusts. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until filling is set and pastry is golden brown. Best if served with pure vanilla bean ice cream.
