1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1 c. Monterey jack cheese, 2 c. mayonnaise, 1 jar Major Grey Mango chutney (or other), 4 pieces crumbled cooked bacon.

Add spices to taste: horseradish, onion powder.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients, and spread in pie plate. Spread chutney over the top and add bacon. Bake at 275 for 35 minutes. Serve with triscuits or wheat thins.
