1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 c. chicken broth
1 c. heavy cream
1 jar cheese whiz
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
6 oz. beer
1/2 tsp. paprika
Add to taste:
garlic salt
dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large pan. Add the flour and cook on low for 5 minutes. Gradually add the chicken stock and cream to the flour mixture. Stir until smooth and DO NOT boil. Add the cheese whiz and remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes.
