Crust:
2 c flour
2 c oats
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 c butter, softened

Filling:
1 jar caramel topping
3 T flour
1 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan. Blend crust ingredients until crumbly. Press 3/4 of mixture into bottom of pan and bake for 10 minutes. Combine caramel and flour in bowl. Remove crust from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Drizzle caramel mixture over choc chips and sprinkle with remaining crust mixture. Bake for an additional 18-20 minutes.
