2 C uncooked rice
3/4 lb chicken tenders
3 T oil
1 can diced tomatoes w/mild green chilies
1 can Mexican style corn
1 can black beans
1 c shredded Monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to directions on bag.
While rice is cooking, cook chicken in oil over medium heat.
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
Mix all ingredients together and heat until cheese is melted.
