Sour Dough Pancakes Recipe

1 Cup of starter (see Mary)
1 egg
2 T oil
1/2 soda
1 tsp salt
2 T sugar
1 tsp baking powder

The night before add milk and flour to the starter: beat to
make smooth. Cover, let stand at room temperate overnight.
In the mourning take out 1 cup the mixture (There is the
starter for the next batch) Store in refrigerator in jar with lid.
Stir ingredients into remaining batter the egg and oil mix
thoroughly. Blend baking powder soda, salt and sugar. Fold
into batter. Do not beat. allow to stand for a few minutes.
Then bake on hot lightly greased grill. Makes 4 servings.

Set out overnight
1 C starter
1 C flour
1 C milk
