Place small uncooked corn cobs in pint size jars.
Add to each jar;
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pickling sauce
Fill jar 3/4 full of vinegar and fill remaining 1/4 of jar with water.

Place jars in canner in cold water. Let come to a boil and remove immediately.
