10 inch pie crust
1 C sugar
1/4 C butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
4 Tsp flour
2 Eggs
Pears peeled and sliced - enough to fill pie shell to 3/4 full

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together (except pears) until creamy. Slice
pears into pie shell. Pour creamy mixture over pears. Sprinkle
with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 325 ?for 45 minutes.

Mary was known to bake large batches after Butch would
deliver them from the Pear Shed. Pies freeze well.
