2 c cooked crab meat 1 1/2 pkg. salad macaroni
2 tsp chopped parsley 1/3 C onions
3/4 -1 C celery chopped 1 clove garlic chopped
6 hard boiled eggs 1Sm glass container chopped
1/2 C colored bell pepper 1Sm can chopped olives
1 C mayonnaise 1Sm jar sweet pickle relish

Cook the pasta to “al dente” state- drain (use a small amount of
salt and olive oil in the boiling water)
chop all the vegetables before assembling the salad, add
chopped ingredients to the drained pasta, add the mayonnaise,
pickle relish, chopped eggs (4) and pimento. Season with salt,
pepper,paprika to taste.
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Garnish top of salad with
sliced eggs and parsley. Sprinkle with paprika for color.
