3 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cut fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs till frothy. Add remaining ingredients except fruit. Beat until smooth. Pour in buttered pan. Sprinkle on fruit. Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting. Suggested fruit: fruit cocktail, peaches, pears, (if using pears add pinch allspice and cinnamon), raspberries.
