1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter or mararine, melted

5 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla; mix with electric mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low, after each addition until blended. Pour over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour & 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Cake may split in middle when done. Let cool for at least 4 to 6 hours and serve plain or top with fresh or canned fruit.
