2 ¾ cup flour
½ cup shortening
1 ¼ cup sugar
3 ¼ tspn. baking powder
½ tspn. cinnamon
½ tspn. cloves
½ tspn. allspice
½ tspn. nutmeg
½ cup cocoa
3 eggs
½ cup milk
½ jigger whiskey
Raw walnuts
Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Beat well. Measure flour, spices. Add cocoa, baking powder. Alternate with liquids. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees.

Icing: Mix together powdered sugar, a little milk, and vanilla.
