2 pkgs. Fleischmans Yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 cup lukewarm water
1 cup Evaporated milk
6 tbsp. Shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. salt
7 cups sifted flour
3 eggs. beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Scald milk, add shortening,sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add 2 cups of flour to make batter. Add yeast and beaten eggs. Beat well. Knead in flour. Place in oiled bowl , oil top of dough also. Cover bowl and let rise for 2 hours in warm place.
