Longhandled wooden spoon
Heavy saucepan
Candy thermometer
Jellyroll pan
Oven Mits

2 sticks of butter
1 1/3 C white sugar.
1 1/3 C planters Coctail Peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat
When just melted, increase heat to medium high, Gradually --add sugar. Stir with wooden spoon.
Gradually --add peanuts. Stir until mixtuere reaches hard crack on candy thermometer.

Using mitts, pour onto jellyroll pan, spread and cool.
