1 1/2 c butter
2 c sugar
1 tbsp grated orange peel
2 tsp vanilla
3 1/4 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c dried cranberries
1 1/2 c sweetened coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter , sugar, vanilla, orange peel till smooth.
Add flour, baking powder & salt. Mix 5 minutes or until mixture comes together. It becomes a smooth homogeneous mass. (?) Add cranberries and coconut and mix well. Roll into 1" balls and place on cookie sheets about 2" apart.
Use greased cookie sheets
Bake 350 8-10 minutes Do not overbake if you like chewy cookies
