2 cups of cooked chicken, diced
1 cup (10 3/4 oz) condensed Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup plus 1 Tbsp. all purpose biscuit baking mix
1 cup (14 1/2 oz) Del Monte peas and carrots
1 can ( 14 1/2 oz) fresh whole new potatoes drained and cubed
1/2 cup milk
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, soup,1/4 cup water and 1 T. baking mix in bowl: add vegetables and mix. Spoon into 10 inch pie pan.Stir remaining biscuit baking mix, milk and egg with fork until blended. Pour over vegetable mix. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
