1 jar (2 oz) instant coffee, 2 c boiling water, 2 c sugar, 2 c light cream, 1 qt. carbonated water, 1 c brandy, 1 pt. heavy cream-whipped.

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve coffee in boiling water, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Chill in refrigerator. When ready to serve place block of ice in punch bowl. Pour coffee syrup, light cream carbonated water and brandy over ice. Top with whipped cream stir lightly into mixture to blend.
