1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cold water
3 cups peaches
1 Tbsp. lemon Juice
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup soft butter

Topping:

2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 11 ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Top with sugar and cinnamon and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
