Sauce from Turkey recipe:
1/3 c. milk or 2/3 c. water
2-4 heaping tbsp. flour
2-4 tbsp. shortening or oil
1 tbsp. sugar,
2 hard boiled eggs chopped.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large hot metal skillet,heat the oil or shortening. Add the sugar. Stir and add enough flour to make paste consistency, Keep stirring until browned. Pour in mixed liquid. Cook until boiling .Add more sauce from the turkey to thin if desired. Add the chopped boiled eggs. Pour in serving dish .
