4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c self rising flour
2 c shredded carrots

1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 sick of butter
1 lbs. box powder sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
For Cake: Mix eggs, sugar and oil. Add vanilla, cinnamon, and flour. Mix well. Fold in carrots. Bake in 3 layer pans at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.

For icing: melt cheese and butter over hot water, add sugar and vanilla. Mix well add nuts and spread over cake.
