2 lbs. stew beef
1 can Campbells Basil Tomato Soup
1 small onion chopped
1/2 green pepper
1 clove garlic
2 cans Campbell consomme Beef soup
1 can water
1 pkg assorted frozen vegetables
1/8 tsp Pepper or 8 grinds on a mill
1 tsp salt
