1 (14 oz.) pkg. Caramels
c. margarine
1 pkg. German Chocolate cake mix
1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy pan, combine the caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Melt together over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth keep warm. In large bowl, combine margarine, nuts, cake mix and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Stir by hand until it makes a sticky dough. Press half in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350. take pan out oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over crust. Pour melted caramel mixture over that. Crumble remaining dough over caramel mixture. Bake 20 minutes more. Cool completely before cutting.
