1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 (6 oz) cans of tomato paste
1 large can of tomatos
2 TBSP cooking oil
1/4 C. chopped onion
1 small clove garlic or garlic powwder or salt
1/4 C. celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 C parsley
1/8 C Parmesan cheese

Saute onion, celery and garlic. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, seasonings; brown. (Drain grease.)
Cover with boiling water. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and remaining ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours in covered pan. Add more water at end of cooking time if too thick.
