1 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
c. lemon juice
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 baked pie crust (9 inch)
1 c. whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, egg yolks and milk in heavy sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until thick. Stir in butter and cool to room temperature. Stir in sour cream and pour into baked pie shell. Cover with whipped cream.
