c. oil
2 large eggs
1 c. sugar
tsp. lemon extract
1/1/2 c. flour
tsp. salt
tsp. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
Juice from one lemon with grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 4 ingredients, beat well. Mix milk alternately with flour mixture into sugar/egg mixture while beating on high speed. Fold in grated lemon rind. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 until firm. Mix juice from lemon with cup of powdered sugar and dribble over bread. Let sit for 30 minutes before cutting.
