1 angel food cake, torn in pieces
2 small or 1 large vanilla pudding
Small can of crushed pineapple, drained and juice reserved
1 small Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Measure pineapple juice and add enough milk to make liquid per instructions on package of pudding. Cook pudding, cool. After mixture cools, mix in crushed pineapple and 1/2 container of cool whip. Layer angel food cake in glass bowl with pudding mixture and top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate.

Very light, very delicious. Can also make with bananas,strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc. instead of pineapple.
