Red Onion
Bell Peppers, red, green or yellow
Celery
2 cups V-8 Juice
1 cup red wine vinegar
2 bouillon cubes (vegetable or beef) dissolved in a little water
Tabasco to taste
Salt pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut vegetables to equal 8 cups into bite size chunks
Mix rest of ingredients and add vegetables. Season to taste.
Refrigerate
