3 15 oz cans of beans: pinto, cannellini, great northern
2 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped sweet pepper (green, yellow, red)
2 jalapeno peppers, stemmed and chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
3 1/2 cups chicken broth
Garnish: shredded cheese, tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot except for the garnish. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours or high heat for 4 hours. Serves 8.
