Asparagus Roll-Ups Recipe

Asparagus spears
1 loaf of bread (crusts removed)
8 oz. cream cheese (may substitute gorgonzola or blue cheese)
1 egg
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
After removing crusts from bread, flatten each slice w/ a rolling pin. Blend the cheese and egg together and spread on each slice. Place an asparagus spear on top and roll up, then roll in the melted butter to coat. Place on a baking sheet and put in freezer until slightly to fully frozen. Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes.
