1 large can sauerkraut (1 lb., 11 oz. size)
3/4 C. sugar
1 C. diced celery
1 C. diced green pepper
1/4 C. diced sweet onion
3 T. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
3 T. chopped pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Drain sauerkraut in colander for 15 minutes. Bring vinegar and sugar to boil and pour over chopped vegetables and kraut -- refrigerate overnight.

This is a very good salad, very crunchy and delicious -- Grandma made this a lot when we were kids.
