1 or 2 lb. hamburger, 1 envelope dry onion soup mix, 2 1 lb. cans of pork and beans, 1 1 lb. can of kidney beans, 1 c. catsup, 1/2 c. cold water, 2 T. yellow mustard, 2 T. cider vinegar, 2 T. brown sugar.

In a large skillet, brown the meat and drain. Stir in soup mix, water, then add catsup, mustard and vinegar. Pour into an oven-safe container and bake for 30-45 minutes at 400.

I usually increase the ingredients proportionately to make more, because it freezes well. I also use various beans, e.g. butter beans, black beans, pinto beans, etc. May also add bacon, browned onion, BBQ sauce.
