1 c. crushed pineapple, 1 lb. green grapes cut in 1/2, 1 lb. marshmallows, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 T. Real Lemon or juice of 1 lemon, 1 pt. of whipping cream whipped (could use Cool Whip).

Directions:

Beat the 2 eggs well, add 1/2 c. sugar and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Stir very fast and work until smooth. Add marshmallows to mixture while still warm so they melt somewhat. Let cool. Add 1 pint of whipping cream which has been whipped; mix with the fruit.

This is a nice salad for Christmas and looks good in a clear glass bowl.
