Pumpkin seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the pumpkin seeds and remove the stringy insides. Blot the seeds dry between paper towels.
Spread the seeds on a cookie sheet in a single layer and not touching. Sprinkle water over them and then sprinkle salt to taste.
Roast the seeds in a 350 oven for 1/2 to 1 hour and check them often. They are done when dry and light brown. Let cool before eating.
