2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can small English peas
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup crushed crackers
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to directions, drain. Arrange half of broccoli in greased casserole dish. Cover with layer of peas. Mix chicken soup, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, cheese, onion, eggs to make a sauce. Pour half of sauce over broccoli and peas. Add rest of broccoli, top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
