1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Worcheshire Sauce
1 Egg
1/4 of a lemon juiced
3 scallions/green onions finely chopped
1 heaping Tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
2-1/2 slices of grounded up bread or equivalent amount prepared bread crumbs
1 lb crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Form into cakes or stuff into flounder.
Bake at 375 until done.
*For cakes, first brown in skillet and finish in oven.
