Ingredients:  
1 package of Chef's seasoning or one onion
1 cup of chopped celery
1/2 of a large bell pepper chopped
1 pound of ground pork
8 ounces of Velvetta cheese
1 cabbage cut into small pieces
1/2 block margarine or butter
1 cup of raw rice, 11/2 cup of water
3 pods of garlic
1 pound of hot pork sausage
1/2 can Rotel tomato with juice
1/2 pound of Jalapeno cheese (optional)
2 teaspoons of flour, diluted with 1/2 cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' seasonings with Ro-tel tomatoes. Brown pork and sausage. Drain well. Add to seasonings with rice,water,and cabbage. Cook together until rice is done. Add two teaspoons of flour diluted with milk, butter, and cheese. Mix all together, and bake in a casserole dish at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Some will substitute ground meat for the hot pork sausage.

Those of us on low salt diets don't add salt, the cheese and tomatoes have plenty.
